Helen

Helen is the owner of Monmouthshire Hearing Centre and is a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist registered under the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and also a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. (BSHAA) and Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals (AIHHP).

Helen’s clinics offer hearing tests, prescribing and fitting of suitable hearing aids to meet your individual needs, adjustments of aids, wax removal (irrigation and microsuction) and noise protection.

Nicola

Nicola has over 15 years experience having worked as a clinical Scientist in Audiology with the NHS and privately as a HCPC registered Hearing Aid Dispenser.

Nicola enjoys taking time to ensure she gives personalised care at each appointment, helping each individual achieve the most appropriate hearing solution for their unique requirements.

Jane

Jane is our practice manager and also a qualified Hearing Care Assistant. Jane’s clinics provide adjustments to hearing aids, hearing aid repairs, six months reviews, annual hearing tests and noise protection. Jane is also qualified in Ear irrigation and provides this service for both existing and new clients.

Lesley

Lesley has joined the team after a career in nursing and is qualified in ear irrigation and runs our wax removal clinics, with a high standard of care.

Fiona

Fiona initially joined our team as our receptionist but has since qualified as a Hearing Care Assistant. Her clinics provide wax removal, hearing checks and six month reviews for our clients who have hearing aids from us.

Zoe

Zoe is a qualified Hearing Care Assistant and also currently studying for her degree in Audiology. Her clinics provide hearing tests, adjustments to hearing aids, hearing aid repairs, six month reviews and noise protection. Zoe is qualified in all aspects of wax removal.

No more irritated ears, no more itching, no more fiddling, no more battery changing, no more whistling , no more pushing a plastic tube through the aids to clean them. I can’t express my delight in my new rechargeable aids. I actually enjoy wearing them as I can hear clearly with great clarity. I forget that I’m wearing them, they are so comfortable. I can pair my mobile phone with my aids and answer calls through my aids therefore hands free. If anyone is struggling with their NHS aids or can’t decide about buying private aids I would say with complete honesty just take the plunge and go for it, treat yourself. I haven’t looked back, my only regret is that I didn’t do this 5 years ago.
